Basic Massages

** Swedish Massage - This classic technique of muscle manipulation eases aches and tension and greatly improves blood and lymphatic circulation. This full body massage results in a sensation of enhanced relaxation and an overall sense of well-being.

** Sports - For the sports enthusiast, this therapeutic massage uses deep pressure on trigger points to relieve soreness. Various stretching techniques are used to relieve muscle fatigue and induce flexibility. This is an ideal treatment after a day of vigorous activity.

** Deep Tissue – This technique uses deep and very slow movements that target the deeper layers of muscle tissue to relieve chronic patterns of muscle tension. This treatment is recommended for those who like deep pressure and are accustomed to frequent massages.

** Back and Neck - A comforting massage that concentrates on stress-prone areas of the body to alleviate tension and fatigue. Soothing and revitalizing, it is a wonderful treatment for those who have not previously experienced the benefits of massage therapy. Usually 45 minutes long.

** Expectant Mothers – Prenatal massage benefits expecting mothers during and after pregnancy. A relaxing, soothing touch helps take pressure off of your back and hips while increasing blood circulation to increase your mental clarity and reduce fatigue. 60 minutes is recommended. Please specify pregnancy when making the appointment so therapists have the table prepared.

** Hot Stone Massage – A variety of massage techniques are combined with the placement of warm stones on the body along energy centers. This relaxes the muscles to reduce pain, stress, and circulation to help boost the healing process which can aid in the treatment of arthritic conditions, Fibromyalgia, back pain, and insomnia. 60 minutes or more is recommended. Please specify if hot stone massage is desired because stones need time to warm.

Couple's Massages

*** Basic Couple's Massage - The perfect choice for couples. Massages are given side-by-side on two separate tables, each with your own therapist, in a relaxing private environment. Select from Swedish, Sport or Deep Tissue massage. 60m $150, 90m $210

*** Paris Couple's – Perfect for Valentines Day, anniversaries, or any special day! Enjoy each other's company while receiving your own massage. Red rose petals are spread over the floor and tables and the room is lit with aroma therapy candles. ** Chair Massage – This massage concentrates on the neck, shoulders and back to alleviate tension and fatigue – great for those who spend too much time working at a desk. This massage is done fully clothed and uses a special massage chair in which the client is in a seated position with their head comfortably resting on a face pillow.

** Massage Cupping - By creating suction and negative pressure, massage cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscle, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Add to any massage $20

** Foot and Hand Scrub – When massaging your hands and feet, the therapist will apply a scrub to soften your skin and let it soak under a warm towel for the ultimate relaxation! Add to any massage $10

The deposit will go toward the price of the massage when the appointment is kept. If the massage is rescheduled before the 24 hour period, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within the 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit the deposit.
